I'll do so tonight, but if it helps, I'm a 36" bust, 29-30" waist, and 39" hips, and it still had a bit of room in it. The velvet top part seems to be a bit stretchy, but not much. Thanks for looking! :)

Hello again,

According to the size chart on the back of the costume, medium is supposed to be equivalent to dress size 10-12. The black velour upper part is stretchier than I remembered, and the waist stretched seems like it would easily fit your 32" (my attempt at measuring it stretched seems like it would fit up to 35-36" waist, but with the way it is gathered, it was a little difficult.) I'll knock $5 off, if that would sweeten the deal any (but if not, that's okay too.)
