Sorry to take so long on getting back to you on this, but I just spoke to the guy who is riding. He told me that cause he was a last minute replacement he isn't sure how to get involved namely cause he was reccomended to the organisers by another rider when the place became free. He did say though that contacting the starlight foundation would probably be a good step for starters.
