Is there a reason you want to do all this manually?

I've been using Vertical Response to manage my email list and send emails for the upcoming sale. It's pretty easy to use, it keeps you from spamming people who don't want it, you can schedule the emails you send out and even find out how many opened them and clicked your links. There is a fee, but it is reasonable.

You're welcome. So far, I really like it. I have an email all set to go out on Thursday that I set up while I still had time to think about it... now I can forget it and trust the system to send it.
