Layout help?
rinslet, help! I'm planning to make a new layout, but I don't know how to start. My question is, what do you use? Dreamweaver, Frontpage, Pagemaker, etc.? Or just plain HTML and CSS?
I have in mind how the layout will turn out.
Here's an example (I have other sites in mind too, but for now this seems the simplest):
My problem is I don't know how to translate the design in Photoshop to a webpage and that's the most important part.
