must do better, sigh. got a lot to do (er, probably the same list as last time, tbh...god i'm unproductive), but old flatmate staying with me this week and she DISAPPROVES (big letters to convey my entirely sulky thoughts on that) of livejournal

insomnia is just the worst thing. i always feel so grumpy in the morning, end up having a rubbish day. gaaaar!

i ended up reading a few chapters on geriatric medicine and that just about did the trick in the end!! grim, though. how did your sleepness night go?

Yeah indeed. Just shitty. I got about three and a half hours sleep and then the bus drove past me. Aargh.
