I'm training someone this week. It wouldn't be so bad, but everything takes forever when you do training. So, this week has been completely update-free. On the up side the person I'm training is very nice and pleasant to talk to. I was worried before, but he's been a very good study ( Read more... )

Hey you, sorry I haven't called lately, I've been a bit swamped ;_; Silly homework. I agree that the direct competition with your family's business is a tough problem, but in context I think you're better off looking out for you, Eric and the kids than worrying about what the rest of your family thinks. After all, they did turn you down; they can't go and blame you for taking something better when they're the ones who turned you away. Not that they won't try :P If you're offered the job, take it. Then maybe you can go to Japan with me...and get your dream house :D I'm with Jamie; you're not being capitalist, you're being practical and sane.

Thanks, you've reminded me to go get that absentee ballot from the downtown library this week. I don't feel like fighting poll lines when I have so much work to do :P I'll try to call you this weekend. Hugs!
