We still haven't locked in a mortgage yet. I wish we had been able to when the rates were lower.

The house is in westchase, right next to royal oaks. It's close to where we live right now. I like the neighborhood because it's quiet and mostly it's younger professionals- by younger I mean early 30s. A lot of asians though.. I dunno about them- they may cause trouble ;D

I heard something.. I don't remember who told me but I heard the rates might be getting lowered soon- that could just have been in my dreams though.
