Alrighty, I've got... a bit of a problem.

One. Reciepes for chicken. Interesting reciepes, for people who don't like rosemary, sage, lemon, and italian dressing. (The actual list is a lot longer, but these are repeat offenders, so.)

Two. Useful and cheap baby gifts. I've got five baby cousins on the way, and I need gifts.

Ready, GO!

My mother has more cook books then she knows what to do with. Actually, there's a really good chicken recipe that uses red peppers and comes out on the spicier side, and a curry based thing that can be served over rice. But we DO have a lot of cook books that you could kosherize, and my mother suggests Food Network for a good resource. (I am sure you can find Kosher recipes there)

Useful and cheap baby gifts? X_X Uhm... it's been a long time since my youngest cousins were that young, but they seemed to enjoy things they could safely put in their mouths (if you mean REALLY baby), or if they are walking, something they can safely put in their mouths/not destroy. It might be worth asking their parents for any useful little things they'd appreciate if you have the choice (...yess, I know not exactly helpful).

I think I might very well kidnap one of your cookbooks. Just because we are running out of ideas. (o.o My mom keeps asking what other people do for dinner, and I keep telling her, 'they take out. Duh.' and she keeps going 'ARGH' and it's sort of funny. xD)

Don't I know it. I mean like infants. x.X Which, I really do realize, makes it a WHOLE lot harder. But one is a set of twins, so. *snirk* But yes, they are all oral at that shage, huh.. And they start getting teeth. Maybe just a general package o' useful stuff. Botles and bags and wash cloths and bibs and spoons and just the general odds and ends?

We have stacks and stacks of cookbooks. We have vegetarian, japanese, ....I don't even know fi I could list them all. O_O (XD It's that, or we don't really have the opportunity to eat to such a pre-made extent. I mean, I don't think you guys would appreciate the (absolutely awesome, actually) meaet loaf my mother makes with the Heinz glaze... or the ham and potatoes, heh)

My mom's always willing to help find things, and I'm sure in them you'll find something interesting.

Infants? Yeah. Bright, colourful objects that can go in their mouths. THe generael package idea actually sounds quite like a good idea, there.

I'd recommend going to Foodnetwork.com for chicken recipes. I know Emeril has a good one without the above ingredients: Here

Rated five stars, so it's gotta be pretty good. I hope some of the others aren't on the list of those not mentioned. ^_^'' And I'm not really good with baby gift ideas. x_x Good luck, though, with both. :3

If Food Network doesn't work out, I'd try epicurious.com, which is godly and a half. Umm....see I have this book of chicken recipes, except I can't seem to find it....>> The moment I do, I'll type some of the more awesome ones up for you. *digs around more*

Thank you so much, lady. (Also, question. Do you have a fridge? *plotting*)

Okay, I must have left it at home, even though I REALLY thought I'd brought it with me....my room swallows things, I swear. Argh. Well, I'm going home for one night for Passover, so if you can tide over til then, I'll take the book with me when I come back. I'll keep looking though, just in case.

(...Sort of. I have a cooler/fridge which isn't as great as a real fridge, but it's not terrible. There is a fridge in my room, but it's Raven's, and though she said she was gonna come get it, she hasn't yet and I don't know when/if she ever will...>> )

D: I have NO IDEA about recipes.

I do, however, know babies!

Target has some great baby stuff - order online from Target or Costco or something, as opposed to getting stuff from a babystore (Things that make music, things that make noise, that flash or sparkle or crinkle ( ... )
