My therapist is gone ( Read more... )

Today I showed up for my regular shrink appt and my therapist didn't show. Another shrink that he shares the suite with came out to the waiting room and said that he hasn't been around for a couple of days (he's always there) and that other patients had shown for appts and he hadn't shown up then, either. Lots of them, when I went snorkeling in Aruba. I'd never been snorkeling before, and I was nervous that I'd feel claustrophobic and that it'd be difficult---but it was surprisingly easy, and once I got a load of the gorgeous fishies, I didn't want to get out of the water.
