I thought the problem I'm having getting going in the morning was not wanting to go to work and deal with work-stress, but this morning I just couldn't shift my ass outta bed for nothing. Hm, what does the psych doc say about you taking the melatonin with the new meds? The combo may be knocking you down harder than Melatonin normally would. The Man IS right though - everyone is entitled once in awhile!

Slow and steady is the way to go with weight loss. I think when people lose too much too fast it is from some crash-diet and those are impossible to keep up. Overall steady lifestyle changes are a better way to go.

You need a beta reader? I can do it, babe. I never have time to read fic these days, but I wanna read yours and this would just ensure that I get a chance! Send it!

The mashup was seamless!

The doc is the one who suggested melatonin. I've gone a week now without and am getting up easier, but I'd still rather stay all warm and tucked up in bed than not.

I agree, slow and steady with lifestyle changes is the only way to permanently loose weight. I just have to see if those lifestyle changes stick. I am way more conscious of what and how much I eat now.

You'd beta for me? That is so cool. I have your email so I will send it right along. It's a three thousand word Chris/Steve piece that's set in a fantasy/supernatural AU.

but I'd still rather stay all warm and tucked up in bed than not.Maybe the time of year is affecting you a bit too, the weather change and all - it is 'tucked up in blanket' season, after all. Hope you shake it off soon though, as unfortunately we aren't allowed to just stay in bed all day, boo those societal expectations ( ... )
