Yay for the chance to work on a big show so that you get to work on more of these! And yay for the big money!

I had no idea about the intricacies of this kind of work. I can see you would have to be fit! I wondered if those trusses were heavy and they are! I'm glad you woke up feeling fit the next day and also felt physically good at the end of the day.

And feeling good because of the compliments. I think you would be good at explaining things and also experienced enough to lead a crew. Go you!

It really has been a "feel good" show for me, not only have I been working on a big show (see pic posted today) but multiple people have made nice comments about my work.

This is a feel good post and I appreciate it. It's good to "hear" you sounding content with your work now.
And good money is good money!

Very, very busy time, and yes, I'm way, way happier than I was for the last couple of years at the Opera House. Smile.

Sounds pretty good. I hope it leads to getting on the right lists!

Given the thanks at the end of the day today, I believe I made that list for next year. Tomorrow I'm off to set up Maker Fair in San Mateo.

Wonderful, glad you finally got a chance to prove your mettle *^_^*

Honestly, while I've gone to a few conventions for this and that over the years, never realized how much heavy work is involved in the setup. Wow!

Some shows are really intensive, some have only a bare minimum of stuff. Cisco definitely spends some money modifying the spaces it uses!
