Did you know that police dogs are now require to wear muzzles so they don't harm the person they are trying to catch. Instead they have to run and jump into them and hit them on the chest with their muzzles. So, canine murder seems like a virtual certainty to me.

I guess the fact that dogs are shit at being good is also something that needs to be taken into consideration.
