Nice progress here, especially with Kara's viewpoint and how desperate Racetrack has become and the doubt they both have about the fleet returning.

Poor Racetrack has just been in the shit spot in this fic. I mean yes, Felix got the shit beat out of him in a geniunely vicious way, and so did Tyrol, but Racetrack has literally been left completely alone in the woods for *months*. She's tired and hungry, and tired of fending off rapists and Kara is still all about the mission? Kara's lucky she didn't lose an eye or something right there....

Racetrack is on the "we're totally frakked and they've left us here to die" train with Felix. She's more than happy to be a part of the Thunder Mountain team. Kara is the one still holding out hope.

Yeah, it's up! And they're all together, more or less. I do like Kara's thinking. From her perspective, Gaeta fell into the cream and yeah, she's right that he moved on Markus pretty quick. Gaeta's not a great judge of character, but he got this one right. Kara's right about Markus, he's brilliant, not quite as naive as he comes across, however, he does not walk on water. For my money, Clarefield as rough as the town is came further with less than Thunder Mountain. She started with nothing and fought for every scrap of civilization she managed to create

Poor Theo really is the unsung hero in a lot of ways. Yes, she's a near psychotic but she also is all about rebuildingand preserving (and isn't exactly psychotic, just hot tempered

First off I loved the cryptic Mr Smith comment. I always liked how they portrayed him on the series. One of the more realistic religous guys on a tv series I have ever seen.

And the bit about Racetrack and all she went through was very powerful, I could really feel her pain.

Cannot wait for more on this fic!

I will be honest, I didn't especially care for Smith when he was introduced but he grew on me, and his weird little prophecies were part of what inspired the story to begin with.

Racetrack is the character I really feel sorry for. Kara and Felix(with some obvious caveats) fell into a good situation. Ishay and Tyrol had it rough but at least were together. Racetrack... was told to go hide in the woods until everyone was done. Needless to say, she's ready to chuck colonial sensibilities.

I'm really glad that five of the scouts from Galactica have been rounded up. I wonder what you plot for us next? Kara and Jeremiah seem to have some mutual thoughts about *company* ::smirk:: Do you plan to follow up on that attraction at all?

Good catch with the Chief and the guy from Milhaven. When I re-watched those episodes a while back I fell over in shock - it's the Chief! For a time, it seemed the actor popped into a lot of Canadian filmed shows right before BSG.

Yes, everyone is finally rounded up and there's a new bit posted today that indicates everyone finally knows about Dee. (and if you've spotted anyone on Jeremiah other than the actors playing Gaeta, Tyrol, Dee, and Six, let me know)
