I like how this played out. I like it a lot. Both Starbuck and Jeremiah were cagey, circling around the issue. Starbuck would hang onto the mission and her faith in Adama until the bitter end. Jeremiah knows, but is careful enough to probe with caution. Starbuck realizing that Felix had little reason to remain loyal and her part in that comes with a bit more meaning at this point. She wasn't ready to admit it earlier, now she is and she seems to be maturing into someone who might find something for herself. Acknowledging Felix is the type of person to gut it up and do the right thing in spite of being terrified is a huge step forward. I don't know that they'd be friends, but I can see them working together effectively

How to TOTALLY blow your cover to the whole world

Good to see a new part, and good to see Kara Thrace wreck her and the other colonials carefully hand crafted cover stories to save someone's life. Kara 'Crazy Bitch' Thrace becoming someone better, like how you are doing that.

Landing an alien spacecraft in the Cheyanne Mountain Complex parking lot - Thunder Mountain IS Cheyanne Mountain, right? - in broad daylight after flying it near two populated areas is on the other hand more Starbuck's normal level of subtlety.

Totally necessary of course, but the Colonials are going from a closely kept secret to Racetrack helping the casualty into the mountain while asking Tyrol to "...have a look at the port anti-gravity generator it seems to be acting wonky..." with half the population listening in. The Raptor is way too advanced to sell as left over technology someone else had. If someone else had that kind of stuff they would have taken over already.

Well, in fairness to the "carefully crafted cover stories", Felix's "Uh...I'm from... Ukiah! Yeah, Ukiah!" and Kara's "I'm from Yellowknife Canada!" were always a bit iffy.

In an episode of both Jeremiah and Stargate SG1 - we learn that there's a helicopter launch and go pad somewhere inside the mountain.

I am glad you like Kara's evolution here. She really does have the capacity to change
