COBRA side note

There are actually people out there whining about their COBRA subsidy going away, because they otherwise could not afford it. Since I can, I wonder, what about NOT having COBRA at all?! (which is going to happen to me in April) The subsidy is no good if there's no COBRA to apply to

Hell, i couldn't afford the reduced COBRA. Unemployment pays so little that i can barely afford rent and electric, not to mention phone, food, and what.
