In my opinion though, I think you should let it go. You all created it together, so I suppose if someone doesn't want to be a part of it, that's fine... but if Teslin's staying around as some sort of background character, it makes her thoughts no less valid.
If you want complete and utter rights with vocalists and lyrics, create your own one man band, and contract everything else you need out.
Really James, I don't think you need the drama. I feel bad for Keith and Phil, but Keith will manage to stay out of it just for family peace, and Phil... is, well, Phil.
