winter time blues

I don't know what it is,the weather,or the lack of sunlight,but I just can't seem to break this depressed feeling.It seems like everyday I just drag my ass home,and plop down on the couch and just veg out until about 10 thirty.I don't want to do anything,talk to anyone,see anything.It just freaking SUCKS!!I haven't done my Yoga in like two weeks.I
