Right after the seven hour school day, the three+ hours of homework, the 1 hour dinner, the chores, and the shower, then it's time to burn off some... oh wait... it's time to try and sleep again already! :|
That's the reason why most people never exercise: because they don't have any time to do it.
I don't really know what to say (my brain's currently on the fritz), but I still think that if you could find the time to walk or something similar during the day, it would help.

You may need to find a way to burn off some excess energy each night before you try to go to bed...
