once again..condo delay

!@#$%%^^!! .. oh well, i got another dreaded letter from my condo saying my Confirmed Moving Date is now Aug 29th. Originally it was July 20-something so its another month delay. I guess its not bad but there goes my plans of spending a summer in my condo..sometimes i think i should just sell it. All in all, if i move in by aug 29th then it will be
