Just a few thoughts crossing my head these past couple days:

1. Canadian Idol hopefuls stink. Out of the past two shows, through 3-4 cities including Toronto, there have been 3 people that stand out to me. So I made it to the wedding on Saturday and let's just say, quite an experience. Congrats to Brian and Jolynne and wishing them nothing but the best for their future together. A few 'interesting' events that day:

So US long weekend is this weekend. Not sure what Memorial Day is, anybody care to explain? I actually got out of the house today! Yes! 3rd time in 2 weeks, to go to physio. I have to say, physio is going well and im glad its under my benefit coverage at work since its $45/30mins! It's all good to me, ultrasound, electrotherapy, playing with my ( Read more... )

Well the rehab is slowly coming along. I still can't put pressure on it but I can bend it towards me maybe an inch or two now. I can also wiggle my toes more than before. Hopefully I can start physio tomorrow if i can get an appointment. The problem: getting there since I can't drive yet ( Read more... )

So I came back from the hospital and good news. IT AIN'T BROKEN. The cast came off and boy do I have a fat ankle still. Physiotherapist gave me 4 exercises to do 3 times a day and told me to ice it 5 times a day, 10 minutes at a time ( Read more... )

Had a little athletic injury last Thursday playing volleyball. Ended up in a cast and crutches after 5 hrs at the hospital. I'll find out this week if it's only a severe ankle sprain or worse (as I still can't put pressure on it).

I'm now on the injured list for minimum 3-4 weeks. Had to cancel two golf games and have a wedding in 2 weeks. SUPER ( Read more... )
