Lately, I'm pretty much tired all the time. It's getting old. I'm usually the one with insurmountable energy, but I've just been consistently wiped out, even when I'm not working hard, long days. I'm not used to being tired all the time and it kiiiind of sucks a lot. I need to get around this but HEY GUESS WHAT I'M TOO TIRED ( Read more... )

Whats working for me is: Eat right, Long walks, no coffee after 4pm, cut out the sugar, try to go to bed at 11:30pm for a 6am start.

However, if you're superdooper tired ALL the time, I'd see a regular quack as well as the chinese one. Could be a sign of things best found and dealt with.

I suspect diet is part of my problem at the moment, because whereas I usually eat very healthy, I don't have time to make good, balanced meals lately. I rarely drink coffee, I don't take in much sugar, and my schedule is all over the place.

I plan on making an appointment with my normal doc, too. Especially so I can get some massage and nutritional consultation prescrips out of him. >.> Yay new health plan!

I've lately been waking up in the mornings or afternoons feeling SO drained, which is a really, really BAD thing. I feel ya. :/
