honestly, dont be so disapointted in yourself.
i knew how it felt to say your done forever and then you fuck up cause you crave it..

its mind over matter. honestly...just like tell yourself you dont need it, and you wont crave it..

me, and like three other people quit like a month ago and if we can do it, then you can..

so its ok to make mistakes..learning from them is key.

i randomly saw this. and i know it's not my business but as a past.........addict i gotta tell ya you've got to stop clean and quickly. the only way ur gonna be able to quit is if you cut off all exposure. i know it sounds drastic buts the only step that actually worked for me.

i'm sorry to say my friends weren't so lucky. some went to jail. some are TOTAL junkies and the only other ones who stopped now does coke and the other one had to go into rehab to stop.

you'll still be addicted but it'll be a good choice in the long run, b/c that shit will get you.....slowly and surely.
