book 7 speculations...because everyone is doing it

Like everyone else my dormant thoughts and expectations about book 7 seem to have ignited with the introductio of its title. Sooo...here are a few things that I think will happen, mostly dealing with who dies and who's alive.

Agreed!! I'm leaning toward the survival of Harry, for the same reasons that you listed... I mean, unless JKR wants to go into the witness protection program or something, she will have to keep Harry alive (or at least up in the air as to his fate...) Though if my Dark Lord has to die, I would love to see Harry go with him.

I could see one, if not both, of Draco's parents biting it. The Malfoys are not very popular these days. I sort of hope it's Narcissa, because I love Lucius and his pimp cane.

And I agree there's a good possibility Bella will die at Neville's hand... revenge, etc.

I too, also fervently hope for Lucius' survival, although I'm praying that all the Malfoys make it through alive (like that's going to happen). We need the pimp cane! I've noticed something about the HP series... JKR makes the Dark side so appealing! I mean, Riddle, Bellatrix, Lucius; evil is sexy, that is clearly the message being sent... XD

lmao! That IS the message being sent. Look at all the awesome names she's got for the Dark Side. Voldemort, Bellatrix, Lucius, Avery, Rodolphus, Narcissa. So alluring and mysterious. Then you got the Light side with boring names like Harry, Molly, Ronald, Arthur...yep. I personally think Hermione needs to be kicked over to the Dark Side.

JKR DEFINITELY has a thing for the Dark Side. She's probably the one campaigning the "Come to the Dark Side, we have cookies" slogan.
