I hoped that this could explain that her "black-and-white" attitude is influenced by her friends, not necessarily something she would do by herself. It's OOC, I know--Hermione's definitely far right on the political spectrum, not far left--but that's the characterization I was hoping to establish here. I probably should change it to make it IC or elaborate it in some way.

Yeah, I agree with you there. Even though you're probably right that her friends would agree. It almost makes her friends sound evil in a respect, and in Hermione's view, I don't think she would see it like that. She is also a biased character after all.

Actually, the "random bloke" was really a random bloke--had nothing to do with Draco. I should clear that up, too.

Ack, I'm terribly sorry for the super late reply.

It's rare to find someone who actually LIKES canon! Draco and wants to stick to canon! so I'm glad I found you. hehe. :)

I don't know, I'm okay with fanon!Draco if it's done well (like in Chosen's Trial, Basketcase, etc.), but ever since I got into analyzing characters and stuff, I fell in love with canon!Draco . . . I just think that DHr can become even more interesting with canon!Draco, is all. It's a totally personal preference. :)
