Normally I can eat a little over a pound of chicken in the evening when I'm doing the no-carb thing yet today I was filled up on half that. In fact, I've noticed that when I'm more active my appetite is much lighter. I feel your pain. I did really well last year, Oct-Dec, losing a couple notches on my belt and fitting back into some jeans I hadn't been able to wear in a year. But this year, all I do is sit on my ass and eat ice cream. Indolent indeed.

since you were here, i've been eating so much. those new jeans i bought while we were out are tight already. i'm gonna try to make today the last day of that. :)
