Could be because you've changed addresses quite a bit. Might be some sort of trigger in their system to require extra verification?
Or someone else with the same name who's a problem of some sort?

Haha! I guess my name is pretty intense, but it's serbian. My people stopped killing a number of years ago. I was in Minnesota at the same address for 3.5 years though. Prior I was in Salt Lake for ten, though at five different addresses.

Hrm. I wish I knew a Senator or something. =)
