I bet a school could defend a rule that no religious or political shirts are allowed. It gets tricky when the decision to ban a shirt seems arbitrary. I don't know what the facts are in this case.

I've never had to manage a school of hundreds of teens, who knows what rules I'd want to help keep order. The stuff kids wear today boggles my mind. Nobody could get away with wearing that stuff when I was a kid.
