Miranda, LISTEN to me:
Go outside every day, whether you need to or not. Fuck the sun. Like, 80% of depression cases are caused by SAD, which is basically not being outside enough. You need to be in the sunlight to get certain vitamins, and your body doesn't work without them. And it's just stupid and depressing to stay indoors all day.
Okay? Just, walk around the block every morning and evening. Or something. Promise?

Plus, it depends where I am. If I'm somewhere new or in the countryside, of course I'll romp around in the sun.
But not here.
I just hate the smells and how the air chokes me and and and... ugh.

Also, you could work out! That could be indoors. Lack of excersize also isn't good. Like, emotionally as well as physically.

Yeah, I could work out. There's a gym downstairs that I go to occasionally.
