So, I'm in the middle of uploading my newly acquired awesome Rachel Maddow icons, I reach #91 of my possible 120, AND THE FUCKING THING SHUTS DOWN MY ICONS AND TELLS ME MY MAX IS NOW 50. So even though I PAID FOR 12 MONTHS EXTRA ICON SPACE IN NOVEMBER OF LAST YEAR, I now have less than half of the actual amount of icons I should. THIS SUCKS ( Read more... )

I already checked to make sure the November userpic purchase was still on there, took a screenshot of it, and sent in a support request with the hopes that I'll be reimbursed/compensated for my sudden lack of userpics, which I PAID FOR. Ugh. We'll see how this goes...if it gets fixed today, no harm done. But if it takes a few days, I want those days added onto my 12 months that I paid for. D: (We'll see if I have any luck actually getting those days back, but whatever.)

I do, but I have thus far been too lazy/cheap to transfer all my stuff over there. In January I paid for 12 more months of LJ, but I'll definitely be re-evaluating who's going to get my money, LJ or DW, when it comes time to renew my paid account. And it's not looking good for LJ. I've already turned off my "automatic payment" feature. *grrr*
