Cigarettes and Speed For Living - Sleeping Pills to Feel Forgiven

Apr 18, 2012 22:29

SO! Last Sunday, a group of us kids (Chiara, Penelope, Eames, Page, and I) went to go see Cabin in the Woods at the cinema in Kingston.

I arrived at Bard earlier on in the day to hang out and watch Sailor Moon and play video games and the rest of the usual stuff.

As the time for us to leave for the film approached, we contacted both Eames and Page to get their locations.

Eames was still at rehearsal and Page was MIA.

Both of them arrived at the last minute, thankfully.

When we arrived at the theatre, it was near 9:00, so the mall for the most part was closed, leaving us as pretty much the only people there.

After buying our tickets, we went to the counter to buy popcorn and candy.

Chiara and Penelope were standing together as I bought my candy, and when we turned, we saw that Eames and Page had started walking away.

Assuming that they hadn't been paying attention, we continued at the counter and expected them to realize their mistake when they reached the corner and saw that we weren't behind them.

When we finished at the counter, we looked only to see that they had just gone in without us and without a word.

Meeting up with them in the theatre, we confronted them about it, but they became defensive and they dismissed us.

The film had a really strong start, but unfortunately they ended up going to far and making the film way worse than it could have been.

Once the movie ended, Chiara and Penelope and I were gathering our things to leave, and when we turned, Eames and Page had once again left without us.

Eames was outside the bathrooms, waiting for Page.

We confronted him again about it, but he acted coy, and pretended to be oblivious.

Once Page emerged from the bathroom, we left.

On the way back to Bard, Eames was driving even more like a lunatic than usual, and intentionally took the windiest road back that he could.

Even though Chiara, Penelope and I all asked him not to, he persisted.

Upon arriving back at Bard, Chiara and I immediately rushed out of the car, and back into South Hall.

'

Penny, however, stayed behind and talked to Eames for a bit.

Apparently, the reason that he had been driving like a maniac was because he was angry that we hadn't offered him gas money. Even though he came to the movies, also, the theatre was about ten minutes away.

So now I've bitched him out.

But I'm too nervous to see what he's written in response to it, because I'm a weenie.

gifs, straaaange things..., what is this shit?
