This show really benefits from a re-watch because a lot of things Gou Jian says and does in the beginning becomes so ironic later.

It's what err Yamamoto was it, that old captain in Bleach, says to release his zanpakutou. Flowing-blade-bitter-fires, is the kanji name of the sword.
