Tegaki E lets me scribble when I have nothing to draw. I never did get the hang of Oekaki but Tegaki is really easy to use. The flipside of course is it's really really basic; no layers, no eyedropper, no fill bucket, nothing, in fact, but colour and line width

#2 is-- you know, I really like this one. Simple but satisfying, like a modern woodblock print. (looks again, analyzes) It's the empty area of the black robe contrasting visually and emotionally with the red blood splash; and both those and the repetitive patterned areas of the obi and carp fins contrasting with the face and its emotional content. Satisfying on some fundamental visual and emotional level. Mhh. Not bad for a 'doodle'.

Nanae Chrono reminds me of Minekura, except her attention span is unfortunately shorter. Their early styles even look similar.
