yes, I have. Its strange, but in a good way. Its more comforting to notice that emptiness while physically blowing bubbles and watching them [I could do that for hours!]. Imagining it gives me a weird feeling of loneliness a short while into it when my mind wanders away from that wonderful emptiness. Maybe that's just me, though and I need to practice it more.
The best part of it is feeling young and carefree and I imagine a slow, warm breeze with it =)
i think when i was younger, i read this book called "Stargirl" and in that book there was some sort of meditation type thing. you were supposed to lay completely still, and imagine yourself drawn in pencil on paper. then you were supposed to imagine an eraser and you were supposed to slowly erase yourself until there was nothing left but solitude or something. i do that a lot when i am trying to get to sleep.
