I don't know how to begin thanking you for this tremendous reply. I was elated when I read it for you went right to the core of what I was trying to say in my vid story...and went over it so eloquently. I'm thrilled that what cut the closest was the "Spike-William justapostion" as it was something I wanted as part of my story from the moment I decided to vid the song.
'cause that's what I love about the character: that dichotomy, the soft William center under all that strut and edge. How beautifully said....and this is what I love about the character as well.

I'm also really impressed by the eerie, heavy atmosphere you maintain through the whole thing,.. That thrills me no end to hear this, for that is exactly what I was after. I must say the music really inspired me and kept me focused on painting that atmosphere. ...and the way you capture the relationship's ambiguity. "You could give me anything but love" in turns played over scenes where Buffy is

Levi has been filling me in on some of my long lost friends.

I always marvel at your vids because they are so thoughtful! This one is no different.

Frankly, I've always been a bigger Spike than Angel fan, although I like them both.

I always marvel at seeing Marsters in his natural California state

But I love the way you captured pre-Spike because it's such a good comparison to rehabbed Spike who cares about Buffy and her sister so tenderly.

I love that little arc of Buffy and her hot affair with Spike, I just wish that she were kinder about the whole thing because it's obvious how much Spike cares.

Great tune to put this to Rasberry! As I said to Levi, you guys listen to totally different music than I do, but I absolutely love it when I see it all put together.

Funny too. I love Buffy, Bones, and Dr. Who. I admit to never having seen Heroes, but it's hard to watch everything.

I kind of fell into Buffyverse a little late, but have been loving it and hope to be vidding Spike and/or Spike/Buffy again. I too wish there was more time to fit in more shows!
