Help?

Okay, I need a poem, song, or saying that I can apply to my "health teaching philosophy" for one of my classes. The song, poem, or saying doesn't actually have to be about teaching or something obvious like nutrition. I'm drawing a blank and I am coming up empty on Google. Any ideas?

I always helped my room mate last year with this kind of stuff for her nursing classes, and it's always so difficult to come up with something that isn't lame u_u

There's always the good old "Don't dream it, be it" from Rocky Horror. I guess you can apply that to both mental and physical health...but even then it doesn't really work. *shrugs*

I ended up using "When the heart is at ease, the body is healthy.” - Chinese Proverb

Once I had the quote, it took me aobut twenty minutes to write the little thing on it. Glad I got that out of the way.
