If you are in the Baltimore area and broke, this is for you!  I know people who are working hard, but not covered on health care plans, and I think everyone deserves to have medical care when they need it...  But let's not get too political here.  This is just about the flu shot, today.  :-)

I'm glad some places are offering it, besides the standard "Pay us and you get care!" places. Since I'm prone to getting sick, I've been pretty good about getting flu shots for the past few years. I would think low-income people would actually have priority--they can't usually afford the treatment, and the possible repercussions of losing a job (if you get sick and can't work). It's all a bit ridiculous, but at least this is an option. :-)

I can't get the flu shot (or most any vaccination) because my body is weird, but I'm a BIG cheerleader for everybody getting it who can. Besides, the more people around me who don't get the flu means I have a smaller chance of getting it myself :-)
