I've just made a potato bake using gruyere, parmesan, cheddar and speck (like super bacon). Can't wait to eat it! I'll be serving it with rib fillet and a very colourful garden salad. Oh yum :)
The cake is looking awesome. I had to save it from Tex. I think he may have had a wee nibble while I wasn't looking.
