Fuckity, fuck.
I made another orange and almond cake this morning and it has turned out terribly! I didn't prep the pan properly so it stuck and then fell out in clumps. I also didn't have enough eggs so I adjusted the recipe which wasn't a good idea. Poo! I was taking the cake in for a girl who is leaving.
