Because I am absolutely insane, at about 4:30pm central time, I took the results from this page http://sbe.virginiainteractive.org/nov2006/l_02.htm copied them into word, used a series of macros to trim them down to tab-delimited text with only a 4-letter

The macros weren't intelligent. Everything was static and spatial--I knew where I wanted to cut stuff out and insert tabs, so I just had it do that stuff directly rather than using any sort of searching. I don't think this is going to translate into me writing code again, hehe.
