Eh, I prefer that we didn't. Judges who have already been accepted, can stay judges, or can re-apply for a new Layout rank. But for old ranks, I prefer not.

Since I'm keeping track of the scores and what-not, I find it a better idea to start with a clean slate, instead of looking back on an old one. If you know what I mean...

If you want to get your journal ranked, go ahead and re-apply. Don't worry about filling out the Newcommers Forum. =D
