thats the best looking rx-7 ive ever seen.

my friend is in love with them, and he had one but his dad totalled it, and now he has another one that looks really bad.

oh and on his old rx-7 someone carved "bitch" in the hood twice. and it was so deep, you oculdnt paint over it.

but anyways, im sorry you have to get rid of it.

I have a hard time with the S2k front end and the moonroof. Still, the RX-7 is a superb car. Too bad the engine can't withstand my only real use for it. :(

its not an s2000 front end.

its the cwest front end: http://www.c-west.co.jp

and the moon roof is badass!!! god i love driving with that thing open on nice days/nights

engine cant withstand your only real use for it? what is that? building a nuclear reactor? with the right prep work these motors can hold up to 800 horses (maybe more). my mechanic has a 13b in his 1st gen and it runs an 8 sec quarter.

I know it's not an actual S2k front end. That's beside the point.

And the moonroof/engine issue goes hand in hand. I'd love an RX-7 as a track car, but moonroofs and performance cars don't go well together. Likewise, the longevity of the engine, and the amount of work you have to do to keep the thing running safely through a track day (and I'm not talking about drag racing -- it doesn't take much to survive that) would make it hard for me to deal with one. Hopefully, Mazda will get around to releasing a marginally more reliable version one of these days.

I loved that RX-7 since when you first joined. I hope you get what you want for it, good luck.
