Sam leaves and Dean goes back to sleep, because only his brother would recover from his mental meltdown at three am. When he wakes up again someone's fiddling in the kitchen and Lucifer is slouched against the back of the couch, his head tilted in a too familiar way.
"Sam can't see me anymore," the Devil whines. Dean closes his eyes and yells for painkillers.
