I hit a bird today

Inevitable
Things have been pretty poopy lately. The first few days of this week have been the crappiest few days in a while. I'll soon be attending my first funeral ever. I really thought I would be able to get away with not going to one for at least a few more years.

Seven Samurai
Last night I watched Seven Samurai [RT|IMDB|MC]. I really liked it except for two things. First, the movie was really long (3hours and 28minutes). The DVD even had it's own intermission (which I had to fast forward through--inconvenience!). Second, the movie had a lot of Japanese men crying, which made me uncomfortable for some reason. Possible Romance Or Misery
Between last night's The O.C., the fact that my friend Amy is attending a prom tonight, and just the fact that it is prom season; I have been doing a lot of thinking about prom.
