Think I will vote 1300bc Italy because you mentioned the garden, I can well imagine the Volturi with an inner garden. Also, if I'm not mistaken, it would be around the time of the hanging gardens of Babylon. You'd probably love to go visit and get some ideas for your own one. :)

I'm thinking 1300 BC Italy with a bit of 1933 Rochester. It's not too hot or too cold. You could have a house like in the picture there. It's in Europe and it's ancient.

I am not very original but I like the above votes for 1300 BC Italy for you. You would prefer to live in europe, you like ancient places and like summer and hot weather so I think is a good fit for you.
