So there's these two carnies and they both travel in the same traveling carnival. One of the carnies is named Joe and the other is named Igor. It so happens that both Joe and Igor run old-timey merry-go-rounds that happen to have brass poles that hold up the horses. They tend to compete with how many customers their own particular merry-go-round
