Belonging somewhere is important. If you don't have a niche, a community that you feel like an essential part of, what do you have?

The third verse is my favorite:

Oh beautiful, for heroes proved
In liberating strife,

It really says something, if you pay attention to the words.

I love the USA.

I don't feel very well all of a sudden. Cold, sort of. I think it's partly the weather, but that's not all. I think the excitement of being home has worn off already...
