I think I know who you are talking about...some people love to tell you what you want to hear, but at the same time they probably do want to do the things they say, they just aren't capable of doing it. The "who cares card" is the lowest thing to do, its a last resort for someone losing a fight. You're better than that. Is this person still your friend? Of course! But perhaps its time you re-defined the friendship before you drive yourself crazy.
