And I agree with you on several points. I too like the idea of Kara not being explained - it made her more... I guess tragic?
Very funny about head six - she told everyone from the start she was an angel and of course no one believed her. Brilliant in my opinion!
As for the Centurions. YES!! Why would they even bother with man kind again? They were free to do what ever they pleased and I guess had enough of them not to ever want to make contact.
I too liked how it ended. I was very pleased with everything.
Ron Moore said that there was a cut scene that explained that he wrote it on Old Earth, but it got cut. Kara's father either wrote it or just knew it. Moore said something about people tapping into something and that was how they wrote the song. That is how Bob Dylan was able to write it as well.
