Wow, I didn't know you felt so strongly against piercings...You are right about it being harmful...and even perhaps it being a watse of money...but think of it this way...isn't having a sterile little hole punched in my skin a bit better then me slicing up my arm with unsterile scissors? I didn't pierce my eyebrow yet....and I think your op[inion is very good...but its also part of how I express myself...and I would never do something like pierce/tattoo/whatever to myself out of liking some guy....so there's no goth guy...
