So... I'm sick again. This really really pisses me off because I have been sick on and off since I arrived in India. It started as travelers "loose motions" which I less than promptly treated with antibiotics. When I was in Bangalore, I alternated between feeling like I was getting a cold and having semi-solid BMs

I wish I had something helpful here, but all I can say is- our diets can only control so much of our health. Some sickness simply cannot be avoided. I think you are very healthy, so with these tribulations I would say, I'm sure you expected some sickness when exposed to so many new bacteria, so just be thankful that you have gone on such long streaks of good health while visiting! Be glad.

I'm a little more calm now. I was just freaking out a bit, I hate being sick. My mom put it in perspective. I have been working in medical clinics and surrounded by illness plus I didn't take the advised precautions including using bottled water to brush my teeth and constantly using hand sanitizer. Thanks for trying to help. I think I just needed to vent.
